Smashbox recently released their new Spring 2013 Love me collection, but someone colour me unimpressed.

The packaging is cute and visually attractive but the scent of desperation is just overwhelming.  Every time I put on their lipstick or eye shadow, I would feel like I was doing so as a cry for someone to love me! My cousin tells me she feels like its almost like a affirmation quote but agrees either ways, insecurities galore. 

Love you, but pass.

Flaming hot rods!

I have been in love with old cars ever since I saw 'Oliver', the cutest car ever, on Top Gear several years ago.  Beautiful curves, gorgeous colours and the chrome....need I say more? So when I saw Prada's feet candy for Spring 2012, I was a goner.

   

Brushing right past the cute, they went straight for the hot. Long pointed angles, lots of glitzy chrome, blazing flames and vibrant colours.  I never pictured myself as a hot rod girl but, boy, did these change my mind. I love picturing a beautifully tailored classic black dress and a pair of these babies on.  Demure meets bold = heaven.

Purse addiction in Spades

My purse addiction started four years ago when my boyfriend bought me my first "designer" purse.  Since then my addiction has only grown and honestly, boyfriend, you only have yourself to blame.

I've been on a bit of a Kate Spade kick lately and this little number caught my eye.  Kate, my dear, how did you know I needed a vacation?
